Sửa lỗi máy tự shutdown sau 1h sử dụng

Các bạn tìm ra dòng lỗi shutdown trong Event Viewer.(phím Window sau đó gõ Event Viewer là ra, và vào tab System, Filter với ID 1074, 6006, 6008)

The process C:\Windows\system32\wlms\wlms.exe has initiated the shutdown of computer DESKTOP on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: Other (Planned)

Reason Code: 0x80000000

Shutdown Type: shutdown

Comment: The license period for this installation of Windows has expired. The operating system is shutting down.

Bạn sẽ thấy Reason Code: 0x80000000. Có thể với mỗi máy sẽ ra Reason code khác nhau, thì mọi người cứ dùng code đó truy dấu cách sửa trên google nhé.

Khi kiểm tra lỗi này trong Microsoft thì sẽ ra kết quả như sau.

"The shutdown was planned. The system generates a System State Data (SSD) file. This file contains system state information such as the processes, threads, memory usage, and configuration.

If this flag is not present, the shutdown was unplanned. Notification and reporting options are controlled by a set of policies. For example, after logging in, the system displays a dialog box reporting the unplanned shutdown if the policy has been enabled. An SSD file is created only if the SSD policy is enabled on the system. The administrator can use Windows Error Reporting to send the SSD data to a central location, or to Microsoft."

Và cách sửa như sau:

Vào Regedit theo đường dẫn này

HKLM/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/sppsvc

Sửa lại giá trị của Start value sang 4, save và reset máy, thử test lại xem nhé.
